Mighty Quinn's is seeking an experienced and dedicated Duty Manager to join our team in Yokine, WA. As Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our establishment, ensuring exceptional customer service and efficient management of our staff. This is a full-time position, offering the opportunity to play a key role in the success of our thriving hospitality business.

What you'll be doing

Supervise and coordinate the activities of all front-of-house and back-of-house staff to deliver a seamless customer experience

n

Manage customer inquiries, reservations, and complaints, ensuring prompt and effective resolution

n

Oversee inventory, stock control, and ordering processes to maintain optimal levels of supplies and resources

n

Enforce compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations to maintain a protected and compliant work environment

n

Assist with the development and implementation of operational policies, procedures, and training programs

n

Provide leadership, mentoring, and support to the team to foster a positive and productive work culture

n

Collaborate with the management team to identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving measures

n

What we're looking for

n

Minimum 2 years of experience in a management or supervisory role within the hospitality industry

n





Strong customer service orientation and excellent interpersonal and communication skills

n

Proven ability to lead and motivate a team, and foster a positive and productive work environment

n

Proficient in inventory management, budgeting, and financial reporting

n

Thorough understanding of health, safety, and licensing regulations applicable to the hospitality industry

n

Exceptional problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to respond effectively to challenging situations

Flexible and adaptable, with the ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple priorities
