We're excited to launch our newest premium club on Sydney's North Shore, featuring 6 tennis courts and 4 padel courts, bringing together tennis, padel, pickleball, hospitality and community in one destination.

About the RoleWe're looking for an energetic and versatile Tennis Coach to join our team at our brand-new North Shore club. You'll deliver high-quality coaching across tennis — for kids, adults and everyone in between — helping build a thriving racquet sports community from day one.

What You'll Do

n

- Deliver private and group lessons across all skill levels
n
- Run engaging Kids Camps during school holidays and weekends
n
- Develop fun, age-appropriate programs for junior players
n




- Support player development and progression
n
- Build genuine relationships with members, kids, parents and the local community
n
- Assist with club events, competitions and social activations
n
- Collaborate with the broader coaching team to grow the club's programs
n

What We're Looking For

n

n
- Tennis Australia accreditation (Club Skilled / Level 2 preferred)
n
- A natural with kids — patient, fun and encouraging
n
- Strong communication skills with both children and parents
n
- Energetic, professional and member-focused approach
n
- Availability across weekday mornings/afternoons, weekends and school holidays
n
- Valid Working With Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
n
- First Aid Certification (or willingness to obtain)
n
