About This Role
n
Join an owner's team delivering borefield, water infrastructure and NPI projects for a major mining operation. This site-based role will see you coordinating contractors, supporting project execution and working closely with operations teams to safely deliver projects from planning through to commissioning and handover.

- Deliver borefield, water infrastructure and NPI projects across site.
n
- Coordinate contractors, vendors and internal stakeholders.
n
- Support project planning, scheduling and execution activities.
n
- Monitor project progress against scope, budget and schedule.
n
- Participate in risk assessments, project meetings and site inspections.
n
- Support commissioning, handover and project close-out activities.
n
- Manage technical queries, non-conformances and project documentation.
n
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture across all project activities
n

Requirements
n
n
- Degree qualified in Civil, Mechanical or a related Engineering discipline.
n
- Experience delivering projects within mining, resources or heavy industry environments.
n
- Exposure to water infrastructure, borefields, pipelines, civil, mechanical or NPI projects is highly regarded.
n
- Strong contractor management and stakeholder engagement skills.
n
- Practical understanding of project delivery from planning through to execution.
n
- Ability to manage multiple concurrent work fronts in an operational environment.
n
- Strong commitment to safety leadership and continuous improvement.
n
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
n
- Comfortable working closely with operations, maintenance and site leadership teams.
