Our client is an Iconic Australian membership based Organisation with a broad range of business domains, and are currently undergoing significant transformation that will have a positive impact on the customer and member experience.

As a result the business is keen to engage a highly experienced Senior Project Manager who has prior experience in Integrating Salesforce functionality to replace legacy technology.

n

This is a role that will require a savvy Senior Project Manager, someone who is able to very quickly establish a clear understanding of scope of responsibility, build trust amongst the stakeholder group and provide clarity on the plan to move forward.

n

This is a role that encompasses both Business and Technology and the successful candidate must have a background that demonstrates responsibility across both domains.

Key Requirements:

n

n
- Minimum of 5 Years in a Senior Prroject Management capacity, leading large business critical projects.
n
- MUST haveprior experience with Integrating new Technology (Preferable Salesforce) and Functionality working with a broad business stakeholder group.
n
- MUST haveexceptional skills in building relationships, establishing Trust and encouraging a collaborative, team approach.
n




- Must have exceptional Planning and Organisational skills with the ability to quickly conceptualise a Delivery Plan and communicate the plan to the business.
n
- Highly competent in Project Planning, Budgeting, Risk and Issue Management and reporting on Project Progress.
n
- A strong 'Hands-On' approach with the ability to manage multiple complex components of a project.
n
- Comfortable with managing deliverables against aggressive timelines.
n
- A background and familiarity of working with a SAFE/AGILE workplace.
n
- Strong Core Project Management skills, including Scoping, Planning, Risk Identification and Mitigation, Budget Tracking, Deliverable Management and Project Progress reporting.
n
- Must have a highly collaborative approach with the ability to engage with Key Stakeholders and team members.
n
- Must have strong leadership experience with prior responsibilities in leading teams to deliver challenging and complex projects.
n
- Must have highly developed Communication and Stakeholder Engagement skills.
