British Airways are seeking experienced Licensed Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (LAME) and Aircraft Maintenance Engineer (AME) to join our team at Melbourne International Airport.

Candidates for the LAME position must have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in aircraft maintenance engineering.

The Licensed Aircraft Engineer will be responsible on a shift basis for technical certification of BA and customer aircraft.

To be considered for LAME role, applicants will need to hold a UK CAA 66 or CASA 66 B1 License.

Type rating on B787 would be an added advantage.

For AME position, a Diploma / Certificate in Aircraft Maintenance required or currently enrolled in same. AME role is contract with prospect for development to LAME.

Successful candidates will have excellent analytical/problem solving skills and highly developed written and oral communication.

Applicants must be Australian permanent residents or citizens to be eligible for this position.
