About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager and Site Manager to join the team and take ownership of projects from commencement through to completion.

This is an excellent opportunity for a commercially minded Project Manager who enjoys being hands-on, working closely with site teams and clients, and delivering quality landscape projects on time and within budget.

You will manage multiple projects while working closely with Site Managers, Foremen, subcontractors, suppliers, clients and consultants.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage landscape construction projects from mobilisation through to practical completion
- Oversee project budgets, costs, variations and financial performance
- Develop and maintain project programmes and ensure key milestones are achieved
- Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers and internal site teams
- Manage client, builder, consultant and stakeholder relationships
- Review plans, specifications and project documentation
- Identify and manage project risks, delays and variations
- Monitor quality, safety and compliance across projects




- Attend site meetings and coordinate project requirements with the site team
- Manage procurement, materials and subcontractor engagement
- Work closely with Foremen and Site Supervisors to ensure projects are delivered efficiently
- Prepare project reporting and maintain accurate project documentation
- Ensure projects are completed to a high standard, on time and within budget

Skills & Experience

- Previous experience as a Project Manager or Site Manager within commercial landscape construction
- Robust understanding of landscape construction, including hardscape and softscape works
- Experience managing projects from $500k+
- Proven experience managing budgets, variations, subcontractors and programmes
- Strong contract administration and commercial understanding
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- A proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Relevant construction, landscape or horticulture qualification is highly regarded
- White Card and current driver's licence
