About The Role

- We are looking for a dynamic lawyer with 1‑5 years PAE in Retirement Villages and/or Aged Care, to work within our Property team.
- Our Property team is led by 10 experienced partners. The team is well organised with established processes in place to ensure high quality work is delivered and appropriate training and support is provided for all lawyers working directly with Partners.
- The role will involve Retirement Villages and/or Aged Care advice and transactional work, and other general property work.
- There will be an opportunity to work on Retirement Villages and/or Aged Care matters. We are a leading Queensland firm in this area and we act for significant clients in this industry.
- Opportunity for direct client contact.

Desired Skills

- up to 1‑5 years PAE in Retirement Villages and/or Aged Care and general property experience
- ability to work in a team and work autonomously on matters
- ability to effectively communicate with clients
- attention to detail and able to work under pressure
- ActionStep,



iManage Work, Lawdocs and Smarter Drafter experience preferable but not necessary
