Role Description The Leadership & Capability Development Consultant is a part-time, remote role focused on designing and delivering capability-building initiatives for Pop To It!’s global community.

Responsibilities include consulting on leadership and people development needs, facilitating training programs, and supporting clients in enhancing leadership, performance, and wellbeing. The consultant will collaborate on personal development and leadership curricula, align learning experiences with client goals, and provide ongoing coaching and feedback related to performance and growth. Day-to-day tasks involve conducting needs assessments,



developing content and resources, hosting group virtual workshops or 1:1 coaching sessions, and partnering with the wider team to refine programs based on participant outcomes and feedback.

The role requires proactive communication, self-management, and comfort working with individuals across diverse locations and backgrounds.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated skills in Human Resource Leadership Development, with experience supporting people-focused initiatives and policies.
- Consulting experience in advising individuals or organisations on leadership, capability building, or personal and professional development.
- Proficiency in Employee Training and Performance Management, including designing and delivering learning programs and tracking outcomes.
- Solid coaching, mentoring, and facilitation skills, with the ability to engage diverse participants in virtual environments.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building abilities, with a focus on psychological safety and inclusion.
- Comfort working independently in a remote, part-time capacity, managing priorities and deadlines across multiple projects autonomously.
- Background or interest in wellness, mindset, or leadership development; experience in personal development or education programs is an advantage.
- Relevant academic or professional qualifications in HR, organisational development, psychology, education, or a related field are beneficial.
