We’re recruiting a Leading Hand Roofer for a role that suits an experienced individual who enjoys coordinating works, and ensuring insurance roofing jobs are delivered safely, efficiently, and to standard.

You’ll be responsible for accurate roof measure and ordering of materials to site.

Key Responsibilities

- Coordinate daily site operations, labour, and materials
- Ensure works are delivered to scope, quality, and insurer requirements
- Maintain WHS compliance and site safety standards

About You

- Proven experience as a Senior Roofer or Leading Hand
- Strong understanding of safety, quality and site organisation
- The ability to stay calm and organised under pressure
- Pride in delivering work to a high standard
