About the Role

We’re looking for a curious and people-centred Learning & Development Specialist to join our growing People & Culture team. In this role, you’ll help design, coordinate, and deliver learning programs that support the growth and capability of our people — from onboarding through to ongoing professional development.

You’ll work closely with the L&D; Manager and business stakeholders to understand learning needs and bring practical, engaging solutions to life. Key Responsibilities

- Program Coordination & Delivery — Support the end-to-end coordination of learning programs, workshops, and training events — including scheduling, logistics, communications, and post-session follow-up.
- Content Development — Assist in creating and updating learning materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, e-learning modules, and job aids in collaboration with subject matter experts.
- Onboarding Support — Partner with People Operations to deliver a consistent and engaging onboarding experience, ensuring new starters feel set up for success from day one.
- Learning Needs Support — Assist in gathering information on capability gaps through surveys, stakeholder conversations, and performance data, feeding insights into the L&D; roadmap.
- Learning System Administration — Maintain accurate records in the Learning Management System (LMS), including course enrolments, completions, and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement — Build positive relationships with teams across the business, acting as a helpful point of contact for learning queries and program logistics.




- Continuous Improvement — Collect and analyse learner feedback to help evaluate program effectiveness and recommend improvements to existing content and delivery.

What You’ll Bring

- 3+ years of experience in a learning, enablement, training coordination, or similar.
- Experience delivering or facilitating training sessions, workshops, or onboarding programs in a skilled setting.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines with a high level of attention to detail.
- Clear and confident communication skills — both written and verbal — with the ability to engage diverse audiences.
- A collaborative mindset and genuine enthusiasm for helping people learn and grow.
- Familiarity with an LMS or similar tools (e.g. Workday Learning, TalentLMS, Docebo, or equivalent).
- Basic experience creating learning content or supporting instructional design processes is advantageous.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a willingness to take initiative on tasks with appropriate support.

Nice to Have

- Exposure to instructional design frameworks (e.g. ADDIE, SAM) or adult learning principles.
- Experience with basic content authoring tools such as Canva, Google Slides, or Articulate (entry-level use).
- Understanding of how to measure learning effectiveness.

- Learning programs are delivered on time, on brief, and with consistently positive feedback from participants.
- Onboarding experiences are smooth, well-coordinated, and leave new starters feeling confident and welcomed.
- The LMS and learning records are maintained accurately and are easy to report on.
- Stakeholders view the L&D; team as helpful, responsive, and a genuine partner to their teams.
- You are growing your own skills and taking on increasing ownership of projects over time.
