An exciting opportunity has become available for a motivated Leasing Consultant or experienced Business Development Manager to join a highly successful real estate office in Sydney’s Inner West.

This is the perfect role for someone who is commercially minded, confident on the phone and hungry to progress into business development. You will benefit from a steady stream of warm leads generated by a top-performing sales and property management team, giving you genuine earning potential without relying solely on cold prospecting.

The Role

- Prospect and generate recent management opportunities
- Follow up and convert warm leads from the sales and property management teams
- Build relationships with prospective landlords and investors
- Conduct rental appraisals and new business appointments
- Assist with leasing across the property management department
- Maintain regular follow-up with prospective clients




- Work closely with the sales team to identify new business opportunities
- Provide a high level of service throughout the onboarding process
- Contribute to the continued growth of the rent roll

About You

- Previous experience in leasing, business development or property management
- A Leasing Consultant ready to step into BDM would be highly regarded
- Existing BDM experience is also welcomed
- Confident, proactive and motivated by targets and commissions
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong organisation and time management
- Professional presentation and phone manner
- Ability to work both independently and within a supportive team environment
- Current NSW Certificate of Registration or real estate license with up-to-date CPD
- Current driver’s license and reliable, well-presented vehicle
