Leasing Executive – Office | Sydney A leading global property consultancy is looking for a Leasing Executive to join their Office Leasing team.

You'll take ownership of a portfolio of office assets, working closely with landlords to drive leasing outcomes and build a strong market presence across the Sydney CBD.

What you'll do:

- Canvass and build relationships with new business and clients across the office market
- Assess assets and provide leasing strategy and recommendations
- Prepare properties for leasing, run marketing campaigns, and manage the leasing process end to end
- Negotiate and transact office leasing deals
- Actively pursue new listing opportunities and manage stock control
- Deliver expert market advice to clients and maintain CRM/database records

What you'll bring:





- Experience in office leasing or commercial real estate
- Certificate of Registration or Real Estate Licence (or working towards)
- Strong negotiation and business development skills
- Confident communicator with a client-first mindset
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working autonomously
