Operations Manager – Hygiene Division

Flick Anticimex is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to lead our SA Hygiene division through an exciting period of growth, including the mobilisation of a major government schools contract. Working directly with the State Manager, you will oversee a team of 25 across technicians, operations and compliance, with genuine exposure to senior leadership and a clear pathway for progression within a national business.

This is a role for a hands‐on operational leader who builds high-performing teams, holds standards, and runs a disciplined service operation.

Key Responsibilities

n

- Oversee day‐to‐day operations of the Hygiene division – scheduling, service delivery, installations and new site onboarding.
n
- Lead, coach and develop a team of 25, including technicians, schedulers, operations and compliance staff.
n
- Own service completion and on‐time delivery performance across all routes.
n
- Drive standards and accountability through structured performance and attendance frameworks.
n
- Ensure full compliance with WHS, quality and environmental management systems and the applicable enterprise agreement.
n
- Manage technician capacity and utilisation through efficient run design and daily scheduling discipline.
n
- Control overtime and manage workloads through daily operational rhythm.
n
- Oversee mobilisation and onboarding of new contracts and sites,



including major government accounts.
n
- Support account management and sales teams with operational resolution of customer service matters.
n
- Engage in stakeholder meetings with major commercial and government clients.
n
- Provide monthly operational performance reporting to the State Manager covering completion, on‐time delivery, overtime and service quality.

Position Requirements

n

n
- Proven experience as an Operations Manager or senior service delivery leader, ideally in route‐based or field services.
n
- Demonstrated success leading and performance‐managing frontline teams.
n
- Experience running structured performance, attendance and compliance frameworks.
n
- Strong organisational and time‐management skills with high attention to detail.
n
- Confident managing competing priorities in a fast‐moving service environment.
n
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and operational systems.
n
- Strong communication skills and a proactive approach to problem‐solving.
n
