The opportunity

You'll work alongside experienced search leaders on senior and executive appointments, while building your own market, network and client relationships.

n

You'll:

- Work on senior and executive searches from briefing through to appointment.
n
- Build trusted relationships with clients, candidates and senior leaders.
n
- Grow your market through business development, networking and referrals.
n
- Bring market and talent insights to client conversations.
n
- Identify and assess high-calibre candidates using structured approaches.
n
- Create an experience that keeps clients and candidates coming back.

- Share relationships, insights and opportunities across Davidson.

What you'll bring

n

You're a recruiter who enjoys building relationships, creating opportunities and doing work you're proud of.

n

You'll bring:

n

- A few years of recruitment, specialist recruitment or executive search experience.
n
- Confidence building client relationships and developing new business.
n
- Strong interviewing, assessment and candidate management skills.
n
- Commercial awareness and a good understanding of your market.
n
- The confidence to engage with senior decision-makers.
n
- Curiosity, initiative and a cooperative mindset.
n
- Good judgement, integrity and a genuine commitment to candidate care.
