Key Responsibilities

n

Lead enterprise-wide digital transformation, application modernization, and cloud migration initiatives, defining technology roadmaps aligned with business objectives and enterprise

n

Design end-to-end solution architectures across Cloud, Microservices, APIs, Data Platforms, ECM, BPM, AI, and Digital Experience technologies, ensuring scalability, security, resilience, and regulatory compliance.

n

Partner with business leaders, CXOs, enterprise architects, and key stakeholders to translate business strategy into technology solutions and transformation programs.

n

Drive architecture governance, technology assessments, solution reviews, and implementation best practices across large and complex enterprise programs.

n

Lead modernization and migration programs involving applications, content, data, and platforms across on-premise, hybrid, and multi-cloud environments.

n

Architect and deliver solutions for Banking, Financial Services, Insurance, and Public Sector clients, including Digital Payments, Customer Onboarding, Workflow Automation, ECM, and Customer Engagement platforms.

n

Establish high-availability, disaster recovery, observability, performance, security,



and operational excellence frameworks to meet enterprise non-functional requirements.

n

Own program-level estimation, solution sizing, project planning, risk management, governance, and successful end-to-end delivery using Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

n

Support business growth through pre-sales engagement, solution consulting, RFP responses, proposal development, bid defense presentations, and identification of new business opportunities.

n

Desired Skills

n

Deep knowledge of Microservices, API Architecture, Integration Platforms, Spring Boot, Kubernetes, and DevOps/CI-CD practices.

n

Extensive experience with Enterprise Content Management (ECM) platforms such as IBM FileNet, IBM Case Manager, OpenText, Documentum, or SharePoint.

n

Robust domain expertise in Banking, Financial Services and Insurance (BFSI) with exposure to Digital Payments, Customer Onboarding, Workflow Automation, and Regulatory Compliance solutions.

n

Proven experience in stakeholder management, architecture governance, solution estimation, project delivery, and executive-level communication across global teams.

n

Experience supporting Pre-sales, RFPs, Solution Consulting, Proposal Development, and Business Growth initiatives with demonstrated client-facing leadership capabilities.
