Job Description

JS Careers is assisting a leading Australian private credit firm to find a senior banking & finance lawyer. The role is based in Sydney or Brisbane and involves legal leadership across transactions, origination, structuring, due diligence and portfolio management.

You will advise on debt financing, leveraged/structured/ corporate finance and related documentation, working closely with Head of Legal and senior leadership to support investment decisions.
