Job Description

Wallaby Hotel in Mudgeeraba is seeking an Assistant Venue Manager and Duty Manager to lead operations and develop the team. The role offers a path within Australian Venue Co., with support from experienced leaders and opportunities across the portfolio.

Requirements include a current RSA and RSG (RMLV preferred), experience in busy pubs or bars, and a hands-on leadership style. The role supports nights, weekends and a dynamic hospitality setting.
