About the role

n

We are currently seeking an experienced Hire Controller to join our high preforming Select Plant Australia team based out of Malaga, WA.

n

The purpose of this role is to manage the end-to-end process for the hire contract. This involves building and maintaining a solid and lasting relationship with our customers, fostering strong working partnership to enable repeat business. Additionally, understanding customer requirements and converting opportunities in a timely manner to ensure a seamless experience.

n

Key responsibilities

n

- Management of Customer hire requests from quote to delivery to off hire.
n
- Address all customer queries in a timely and effective manner
n




- Leverage existing customers relationships to identify areas of potential growth or opportunity
n
- Reconcile Customer invoicing
n
- Visit Customers with Business Development Managers to build relationships
n
- Working with Internal stakeholders to deliver desired outcomes for Select and our Customers.
n

About you

n

n
- 5 years experience preferred in a related role (e.g. plant hire, dispatch, commercial, construction, logistics, asset management)
n
- A good working knowledge of the construction and plant hire industries
n
- Excellent alpha/numerical data entry skills
n
- Intermediate level experience using Microsoft Office Suite – Excel & Outlook
