Job Description

EY-Parthenon in Melbourne is seeking a Manager for Transaction Diligence to lead buy-side and sell-side engagements, shaping analysis and delivering client-ready outputs. This hybrid role leverages EY's breadth across strategy, transactions and finance to support investment decisions for private equity and corporate clients.

The successful candidate will have 2+ years in FDD at a managerial level within a Big 4 or second-tier firm, a relevant accounting/finance degree, and CA/CPA membership or
