About the Role

n

We are seeking a proactive and analytical Business Analyst to support the post go-live phase of Flow—our transformative initiative aimed at revolutionising field operations through smarter scheduling and resource allocation. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality data analysis, reporting, and insights that drive operational excellence and continuous improvement across our field operations.

As a Business Analyst, you will lead reporting, analysis, and continuous improvement initiatives for Flow, including:

n

- Monitoring system performance, KPIs, and benefits realisation, identifying and addressing variances to optimise outcomes.
n
- Partnering with business stakeholders to enhance system performance and support organisational change initiatives.
n
- Managing system enhancements, configuration changes, UAT, releases, and onboarding of new contracts.
n
- Conducting data quality investigations, auditing large datasets, and ensuring data integrity.
n
- Delivering compliance and operational reporting, analysing trends, exceptions,



and improvement opportunities.
n
- Using business intelligence tools to extract, visualise, and present insights to stakeholders.
n
- Integrating data across systems to support informed decision‐making, business cases, and process optimisation.
n
- Collaborating with Digital, vendors, and business teams to implement improvements and meet regulatory requirements.
n
- Communicating performance outcomes, risks, and recommendations through reports and stakeholder engagement.

About You

n

n
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a Business Analyst role.
n
- Strong understanding of relational databases and advanced SQL skills.
n
- Proficiency in SQL Developer, Oracle, Microsoft Access, Excel, Power BI, SAP Business Objects, Word, and PowerPoint.
n
- Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new systems and technologies.
n
- Knowledge of regulatory and compliance frameworks, particularly within Sydney Water.
n
- High attention to detail with the ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
n
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and relationship management skills.
n
- Experience with IFS and SAP (IS-U and CRM) is highly desirable.
