Treatment Coordinator

We're seeking a friendly and outgoing Treatment Coordinator to join our fun, friendly and supportive team at The Orthodontist! No experience, but you have a dental background or just love communicating with people, you might be the one!
n Working within a modern, dedicated and very established facility, the right candidate can negotiate a permanent, casual, part time or full time role.
n Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing

Welcoming patients and families in a professional and personable manner

n

Assisting the orthodontist with current and existing patient consultations

n

Provide exceptional patient care and team support

n

Invoicing patients and receipt of payments

n

Managing electronic patient records

n

Coordinate and support the daily duties of the providers and work closely with our team

n





Discussing treatment and payment plans with patients and families

n

Play a pro-active role in each day's appointment schedule and patient activities to ensure things run as seamless as possible

n

General office duties

Previous experience in Orthodontics or as a Dental Assistant preferred butnot essential

An ability to handle pressure and multi-task.
