The Role

The Population Health Nurse offers sexual health, bloodborne virus and hepatology services for patients within NSW Correctional Centres. In this role, you will be part of the Population Health team, integral Population Health services and activities and will be recognised as a healthcare skilled employing your clinical skills and critical thinking in delivering high quality patient care. You will be part of a team that strives to support each other to reach our potential,
focus on what matters most and continue to be innovative in approaches to practice.
