We’re partnering with an established, growing MSP looking for a motivated Level 1 Service Desk Engineer to join a collaborative technical team.

What you'll be doing:

- Providing Level 1 Service Desk support across infrastructure, cloud and end-user environments
- Supporting and troubleshooting across Microsoft 365, Azure,



Intune and endpoint management
- Assisting with Windows, Active Directory and basic Group Policy administration
- Troubleshooting basic networking, VPN and connectivity issues
- Logging, managing and resolving tickets within the Service Desk environment
- Escalating more complex technical issues to L2/L3 Engineers
- Getting involved in project work from day one, including migrations and deployments
- Building your technical knowledge and progressing your career within the MSP

What you'll bring:

- Previous Service Desk / IT Support experience - essential
- 12 months MSP - Essential
- Australian Permanent Residency – essential
- Excellent communication and client-facing skills
- Good understanding of Microsoft 365 and Windows environments
- Basic networking knowledge
- A genuine interest in developing your technical skills and career
