Fox Finance Group is celebrating 20 years in business this year! We are an innovative financial services business based on the beautiful Sunshine Coast in Queensland. After being around for 20 years, we know a thing or two about finance, and we back ourselves to train people in how to become an awesome Lending Specialist and to become recognised as an industry professional. This is why finance experience isn't a prerequisite to join our team, however having drive and an awesome attitude is.

The team that you would become a part of are multiple award winners in asset finance and handle our highly qualified online, repeat, and referral customers looking to finance vehicles like cars, trucks, and other fun toys like boats, jet-skis, caravans, motorcycles, and camper trailers. As well as personal loans for things like holidays, debt consolidation, home renovations and investment.

Your Role, Your Career

This role is about delivering fantastic customer outcomes through our proven, customer-centric lending process. You’ll learn how to navigate the lending matrices and policies of more than 50 different financiers, building the knowledge and confidence to identify the right lending options for each customer. Working full-time from our Maroochydore offices, you’ll professionally manage customer enquiries over the phone, taking the time to understand each customer’s individual lending needs. From there, you’ll assess their application, explore the available options,



and guide them through to settlement of the most suitable loan solution. You’ll also prepare and execute finance and insurance documentation while maintaining exceptional standards of accuracy and compliance.

Just as importantly, you’ll build and nurture genuine relationships with customers and referral partners, creating long-standing connections that lead to repeat business, referrals and future lending opportunities.

Remuneration
