Role Description The Level 1/2 Systems Engineer (Healthcare/Radiology/MSP) role is a full-time, on-site position based in Sydney, NSW. In this role, the Systems Engineer provides day-to-day technical support to healthcare and radiology clients, including responding to service requests, troubleshooting system issues, and resolving incidents in a timely manner. The position involves performing routine system administration tasks, monitoring infrastructure, and assisting with systems design and implementation under the guidance of senior engineers.

The Systems

Engineer collaborates with internal teams and clients to maintain reliable, secure IT environments and contributes to documentation of configurations,



procedures, and support activities. This role requires a strong customer-focused approach and the ability to work effectively in a managed services provider (MSP) setting.

Qualifications

- Strong Systems Engineering and Systems Design skills relevant to healthcare, radiology, and MSP environments.
- Proficiency in Troubleshooting and Technical Support for end users, applications, and infrastructure.
- Hands-on System Administration experience with operating systems, networks, and common healthcare or radiology software.
- Solid understanding of IT security best practices, backup and recovery, and network fundamentals.
- Experience working in or supporting healthcare, radiology, or other regulated environments is highly beneficial.
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders and document technical procedures.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, networking) or progress toward them are advantageous.
- Ability to work on-site in Sydney, NSW, manage priorities, and contribute positively in a team-oriented MSP setting.
