What the Role Involves

Your focus is on meaningful conversations with experienced professionals who are exploring new possibilities beyond traditional industry structures. You listen carefully, explore alignment and support individuals in gaining greater clarity about whether our mentoring environment and Life Design programs could be aligned with their next chapter.

How You Contribute

- Initiate authentic conversations with professionals exploring new possibilities for their future
- Facilitate short discovery conversations around leadership, personal growth and professional transition
- Recognize alignment between individuals and our mentoring environment
- Support individuals as they explore more independent and flexible professional pathways
- Work independently while collaborating within an international leadership environment




- Continue your own growth through mentoring, self-leadership and wealth creation education

Qualifications & Skills

You know what it feels like to carry responsibility.

- Several years of professional experience in a leadership, client-facing or business environment. This experience may come from corporate leadership, small business ownership, hospitality, healthcare, education, consulting, sales, wellness or another professional field where communication, responsibility and people skills have been important.
- Professional and self-motivated mindset
- Interest in self-leadership, personal growth and self-development
- Comfortable working independently and remotely
- Open to learning new systems and approaches
- English speaking
