Lift Installer / Mechanic — build lifts the way they should be built

Electrical & Lift Solutions (ELS) is a specialist lift, escalator and electrical subcontracting business working across Queensland. We were built on a simple idea: that the standard of work in this industry can be better, and that the people doing the work deserve to be backed properly. We install premium lift equipment for tier-one clients, and we do it with a crew that takes pride in getting it right the first time.

We're looking for an experienced Lift Installer / Mechanic to join our Queensland team.

What you'll be doing

- Installing and mechanically fitting off passenger and goods lifts on commercial sites
- Setting rails, brackets, guides, car and counterweight assemblies to spec
- Reading and working from installation drawings and OEM documentation




- Working alongside our electricians and installers through to handover
- Keeping the job protected, clean and to the ELS standard — every time

What you'll need

- Lift installation experience (or a mechanical/electrical trade background with lift exposure)
- White Card (Construction Induction)
- Working at Heights, EWP and Confined Space tickets
- Current Queensland driver's licence
- A genuine eye for quality and someone who takes ownership of their work
