We are seeking a LIGHTING CONTROL ELECTRICIAN to join the team!

What you'll be doing?
- Diagnosing and resolving complex faults — Identifying and solving sophisticated lighting control faults across commercial buildings, government facilities, schools, and high-end residential properties.
- Programming and commissioning advanced systems — Working with industry-leading platforms including C-Bus, Philips Dynalite, KNX, and DALI to program and commission cutting-edge lighting control solutions.
- Engaging directly with clients and stakeholders — Collaborating with clients, fellow electricians, and facility managers to translate complex technical issues into clear, practical solutions.
- Taking ownership of jobs end to end — Managing assignments from initial investigation through to testing, documentation, and client handover with full accountability and professionalism.
- Experiencing genuine variety — Enjoying a dynamic mix of fault-finding, system programming, upgrades, workshop preparation, and occasional project travel to keep every day fresh and engaging.
Who are we looking for?
- Valid NSW Electrician licence — A current NSW Electrician licence is essential for this role.
- Electrical experience — A minimum of three to five years of hands-on electrical experience is required to hit the ground running in this specialised environment.
- Problem-solving ability — Exceptional diagnostic and fault-finding skills,
with the ability to think critically and act decisively in complex technical situations.
- Curiosity and eagerness to learn — A genuine passion for emerging technologies and lighting control systems, with an open and proactive approach to continuous learning and development.
- Collaborative team player — The ability to work effectively within a close-knit team environment while also managing individual responsibilities with confidence.
- Australian working rights — Full Australian working rights and current residency in Australia are required.
