We are seeking a highly motivated, innovative, and technically skilled LLM Engineer to join our growing AI engineering team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about Large Language Models, Generative AI, Natural Language Processing, and building intelligent AI-powered applications for real-world business use cases.

? Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, integrate, and deploy LLM-powered applications and AI solutions.

• Work with leading language models and LLM APIs to develop intelligent business applications.

• Develop and optimize prompts, system instructions, structured outputs, and AI workflows.

• Build Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using internal and external knowledge sources.

• Develop embedding, semantic search, and vector-based retrieval solutions.

• Integrate LLMs with APIs, databases, enterprise systems, and third-party services.

• Fine-tune, adapt, and evaluate language models for specific business requirements when necessary.

• Develop AI agents, tool-calling workflows, and multi-step AI applications.

• Design evaluation frameworks to measure model accuracy, relevance, reliability, latency, and cost.

• Monitor and troubleshoot LLM applications in development and production environments.

• Optimize AI systems for scalability, performance, reliability, and cost efficiency.

• Implement security, validation, monitoring, and responsible AI practices.

• Collaborate with software engineers, data scientists, product managers, and business stakeholders.

• Research emerging LLM architectures, AI frameworks, models, and industry developments.

• Maintain technical documentation for models, prompts, datasets, evaluation processes, and system architecture.

✅ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, Data Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred.





• Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP, machine learning, or software engineering is an advantage.

• Strong programming skills in Python or another modern programming language.

• Understanding of transformers, embeddings, tokenization, context windows, model inference, and LLM architecture.

• Experience working with LLM APIs or open-source language models is preferred.

• Familiarity with RAG, vector databases, semantic search, embeddings, and prompt engineering.

• Knowledge of frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, LlamaIndex, Hugging Face, PyTorch, or similar technologies is an advantage.

• Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone, Weaviate, Milvus, Qdrant, or similar platforms is a plus.

• Understanding of REST APIs, databases, Git, cloud platforms, and software development practices.

• Knowledge of AI evaluation, observability, security, and responsible AI practices is an advantage.

• Strong analytical, experimentation, debugging, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to evaluate AI outputs critically and identify model limitations and failure patterns.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Good written and verbal communication skills in English.

• Strong interest in Generative AI, LLM technologies, and emerging AI applications.
