Role Overview

In this hands-on role, you will be responsible for operating a front-end loader to support the daily production and loading requirements of our concrete operations. You will play a key role in ensuring materials are handled safely and efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on safety and equipment care.

Key Responsibilities

- Operate a front-end loader safely and efficiently

- Load and move raw materials to support plant operations

- Conduct daily pre-start checks and basic maintenance of equipment

- Monitor and maintain safe stockpile management

- Report equipment faults or maintenance requirements

- Ensure adherence to all safety, environmental and company procedures

What We're Looking For





- Previous experience operating front-end loaders

- Relevant loader ticket/licence

- Strong commitment to workplace health and safety

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Reliable, motivated and proactive attitude
