Role DescriptionWe are looking for an analytical and detail-oriented Logistics Analyst to support the planning, monitoring, and optimization of logistics and supply chain operations. The role involves analyzing transportation, inventory, warehouse, and delivery data to improve operational efficiency, service levels, cost performance, and overall supply chain visibility.

Key responsibilities include collecting and analyzing logistics data, monitoring shipment and delivery performance, evaluating transportation costs, tracking inventory movements, and identifying operational trends or potential issues. The Logistics Analyst will prepare reports and dashboards, monitor key performance indicators (KPIs), and provide data-driven insights to support logistics planning and decision-making.

The role also involves reviewing logistics processes, identifying inefficiencies, analyzing delivery schedules and transportation routes, and recommending improvements to workflows and resource utilization. The successful candidate will collaborate with warehouse, procurement, transportation, suppliers, and other internal teams to resolve operational issues, improve service quality, and support continuous supply chain improvement.

Qualifications

- Strong understanding of logistics, transportation, inventory management, and supply chain operations.




- Ability to collect, organize, and analyze logistics and operational data.
- Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
- Knowledge of logistics KPIs such as delivery performance, transportation costs, inventory accuracy, order fulfillment, and lead time.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting.
- Familiarity with ERP, Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), Transportation Management Systems (TMS), or supply chain platforms is preferred.
- Knowledge of SQL, Power BI, Tableau, or other data analysis and visualization tools is an advantage.
- Ability to prepare clear reports, dashboards, and data-driven recommendations.
- Strong understanding of inventory movements, shipment tracking, route planning, and logistics documentation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Ability to identify process inefficiencies and recommend practical operational improvements.
- Robust organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, analytical, and results-oriented mindset with a strong focus on efficiency, accuracy, cost optimization, and continuous improvement.
