We are a retail Lotto, tobacconist and giftware established for over 2 years that prides itself of fast and friendly customer service, and high quality products at great prices.

About the role

- You will be assisting with daily operation, assigned tasks and meeting sales target
- Capable of entering incoming stock, stock control assistance with stock ordering
- Excellent customer service and high attention to detail
- Always place the customer as your first priority
- Fast-paced environment with high customer attention
- Capable to work autonomously and independently

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Achieving day to day operational routines
- Ensuring adequate stock levels and notifying management for low stock lines
- Managing of stock, gift lines, Lotto , and tobacco
- Maintaining a safe and clean workplace for staff and customers
- A flair for visual merchandising and creating eye-catching presentations




- Engaging with your local community by remembering frequent customers and products

Our ideal candidate will possess:

- Relevant Retail experience.
- Excellent customer service with a high level of integrity.
- Experience in TSG and The Lott systems preferable
- Great communication skills, written and verbal.
- Proven to be reliable, punctual and service with a smile!

Training will be provided for the right candidates Job Type: Part-time or Casual

Experience:

- Retail management: 1 year
- Lotto: 6 months (Preferred)
- Tobacconist: 6 months (Preferred)

Job Types: Part-time, Permanent, Casual Pay: From $26.50 per hour
