We are looking for an enthusiastic and service-driven Senior Client Advisor(Full-Time) to become part of the founding team at our brand-new Pacific Fair Boutique, opening on the Gold Coast in December 2026.

Key Responsibilities

- Create refined, personalised client experiences that feel seamless and considered.

- Sharedeep knowledge of craftsmanship, heritage, and exceptional pieces with confidence.

- Host elevated appointments, including VIP experiences, with care and precision.

- Build lasting client relationships through thoughtful outreach and ongoing connection.

- Support boutique excellence through strong CRM discipline, presentation, and operations.
n
- Guide and mentor team members, fostering a culture of luxury service.

- Provide insights to enhance client experience and boutique performance.
