Wolf & Williams is partnering with a leading investment manager to recruit a funds and corporate/M&A; lawyer. The role reports to the General Counsel and involves advising on investment funds, LPAs, unit trusts, and cross-border transactions.

Ideal candidate has 3+ years PQE in top-tier law firms or sophisticated financial services, with offshore fund regimes exposure and a commercially pragmatic mindset to support governance and investor relations across global jurisdictions.
