Personal Assistant (PA)/Support Worker- PUR-437-768

L is a happy 23 year old lad who is diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Condition

n

(ASC) and a learning disability.

n

L follows Formula 1 he enjoys going to the cinema, garden centre and shopping

n

for clothes. L also goes to drama club. In his downtime he enjoys relaxing with

n

his girlfriend and her family and hanging out with his friends and his brother.

n

Hours and rate of

3 hours per week – Saturday or Monday

n

£15 per hour

Supporting with travel training such as using the bus understanding timetables

and paying fares.

Supporting L to understand the value of money.

Ordering/paying for drinks and food.

n

Generally expanding knowledge of life skills.
