Overview

n

The Project Coordinator is responsible for the end-to-end coordination and delivery of programs. The role ensures claims are progressed through structured case conferencing, timelines are met, and program outcomes are achieved in line with WorkSafe requirements.

n

This role provides oversight, governance, and reporting across the program, ensuring consistency, quality, and continuous improvement in the management of long-duration claims.

How you'll make an impact

n

- Coordinate program deliveryacross allocated cohorts, ensuring claims progress through triage, case conferences, and completion stages.
n
- Monitor claim timelines and milestonesto ensure claims remain on track and program requirements are met.
n
- Facilitate stakeholder collaborationbetween case managers, injury management advisors, mental health specialists, rehabilitation providers, and technical managers.
n




- Organise case conference attendance and preparation, ensuring the right people with the right expertise are involved in claim strategy discussions.
n
- Ensure governance and compliancewith WorkSafe requirements, audit criteria, and program standards.
n
- Maintain accurate documentation and case notesin line with program and compliance expectations.
n
- Coordinate reporting and analysison case conference outcomes, action progress, and portfolio trends.
n
- Provide insights and elevate risksto improve claims management practices and support program effectiveness.

About you

n

n
- Demonstrated experience in project coordination, program delivery, or operational support roles
n
- Experience in workers' compensation, insurance, or injury management environments
n
- Proven ability to manage multiple workstreams and meet critical deadlines
n
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams
n
