TB Hotels is seeking an experienced Bottle shop Manager, located in Surfers Paradise. We are looking for a manager who is honest, driven and ready to lead a team

Key Responsibilities

n

Proven success in a hospitality management role or similar

n

Excellent personal presentation and attention to detail.

n

Contributing to the selection of stock and organization of ordering, cost controlling and product range.

n

Positive product knowledge - assist customers with recommendations and product enquires.

n

Driving the financial goals of the business focusing on sales performance and meeting KPI

n

Current RSA

n

Stock management control on a monthly basis (swiftpos) experience an advantage.

n

Stock ordering, receiving,



replenishing of shelves and maintain accurate pricing and ticketing.

n

Proven ability to meet budgets.

n

Ability to supervise and lead a team of staff.

n

Staff rostering and training.

n

Build relationships with both stakeholders and customers.

n

To be successful in this role you will need flexibility to work weekdays and weekends.

n

This Store is fast paced. We are looking for a person with proven knowledge across all aspects of Bottle Shop Management , Located in Circle on Cavil, right near the tram line.
