About the role:

n

You'll have real autonomy to shape how our fleet is managed - from the systems we use to the standards we set, with the backing to make lasting improvements to reliability, safety and cost-effectiveness.

What you'll own:

n

n
- End-to-end asset lifecycle: procurement, onboarding, tracking, transfers and disposal
n
- Own fleet maintenance planning, servicing schedules, compliance records and asset readiness across Belmont, Karratha and project locations.
n
- Maintain accurate live asset, inventory, service, maintenance and insurance claims registers and provide executive-level reporting.
n
- Day-to-day running of the Belmont workshop and depot
n
- Fleet standards, asset ID systems and whole-of-life value strategy
n




- Executive reporting on utilisation, costs, compliance and performance
n
- Establish effective relationships to deliver value and minimise asset downtime.

What you'll bring:

n

n
- Valid C Class licence and forklift/high-risk work licence
n
- Proven experience managing fleet, plant or equipment in a multi-site operation
n
- Hands-on knowledge of light and heavy vehicles, plant and equipment
n
- A track record with insurance claims, supplier negotiation and contractor management
n
- Strong analytical and organisational skills - you can juggle priorities and still deliver sharp reporting
