About the role

In this role, your focus is on people, not paperwork. You'll be supported by a Virtual Assistant for administrative tasks and a Field Services team handling most on-site work, allowing you to concentrate on client relationships and portfolio performance.

Your responsibilities will include:

Building and maintaining trusted relationships with landlords and tenants

n

Being the key point of contact for your portfolio

n

Overseeing service delivery and outcomes across your properties

n

Working closely with support teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations

n





Managing lease renewals, rent reviews and compliance at a high level

n

About you

Proven experience in residential property management

n

Strong communication and relationship-building skills

n

Confident managing priorities in a fast-paced workplace

n

Professional, calm and solutions-focused approach

n

Current WA driver's licence

n
