About Our Client

Our client is a local household name with over 20 years' experience assisting sole traders, ABN holders and more access asset finance, cashflow and other crucial loan solutions. Their founder & Managing Director is want to grow the team!

What You'll Be Doing

n

n
- Review, guide and structure deals to achieve strong, lender-ready outcomes
n
- Matching clients with appropriate lenders (based on their needs and wants)
n
- Maintain consistency and quality across all client interactions
n
- Working alongside the Managing Director to implement and follow through on business development/new business initiatives & other ad-hoc tasks
n
- Supporting a diverse client base with their asset and general finance needs
n

n

Experience & Capability

n

n
- Strong customer service, sales and client engagement experience
n




- A mind for commercials (financials, understanding concepts around lending, loans and credit)
n
- Commercially minded — able to balance speed, quality and outcome
n
- Adaptable and team-player mentality - happy to jump in and support your team-mates as needed
n

n

Highly Regarded

n

n
- Experience in lending environments (mortgage brokers, banks or car dealerships)
n
- Experience in an asset or finance broking role
n

n
