Key Responsibilities

n

Client Advisory & Relationship Management

n

n
- Manage a portfolio of business clients
n
- Build strong, trusted client relationships
n
- Provide practical taxation and business advice
n
- Support business planning, forecasting and cashflow discussions
n
- Identify opportunities to improve client performance and structure
n

n

Accounting & Compliance

n

n
- Review financial statements, tax returns and BAS
n
- Ensure work is completed accurately and on time
n
- Maintain compliance with Australian taxation obligations
n
- Monitor workflow,



deadlines and job progress
n
- Mentor and support junior accountants
n
- Provide technical guidance and feedback
n
- Contribute to a positive and accountable team culture
n
- Support capability development across the team
n

Practice Improvement & Growth

n

n
- Identify opportunities to improve systems and workflow
n
- Assist with technology optimisation and process improvements
n
- Contribute to client experience and advisory growth initiatives
n

n

What We're Looking For

- Experience within a public practice accounting firm
n
- Strong knowledge of Australian tax and compliance
n
- Experience managing clients and workflow
n
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
n
- Commercial mindset with strong attention to detail
n
- Ability to mentor and support team members
n

Highly Desirable

Experience with:

- FYI Docs
n

- Ignition

n

CA or CPA qualified (or currently completing) will be highly regarded.
