We're looking for a high-calibre Team Leader to lead our Patient Booking Coordinators and work closely with our Head of Sales & Service to drive exceptional sales, service and patient outcomes.

About the Role

n

You will be responsible for leading, coaching and developing the Patient Booking Coordinators team while supporting the Head of Sales & Service with the day-to-day performance and growth of the department.

n

You will:

n

- Lead and motivate a high-volume patient booking team.
n
- Drive team performance against KPIs, sales and conversion targets.
n
- Coach team members to maximise performance and accountability.
n
- Work closely with the Head of Sales & Service on strategy, performance and operational initiatives.
n
- Monitor and report on KPIs, identifying opportunities for improvement.
n
- Oversee high-volume calls, emails, leads and patient enquiries.
n
- Ensure exceptional patient experience and service standards.
n
- Help improve booking, follow-up and conversion processes.
n
- Champion CRM usage, technology and new systems.
n
- Take ownership, solve problems and proactively drive improvements.
n

What We're Looking For

You'll be a strong fit if you have:

- Proven experience leading a large team in a high-performance environment.
n
- Dental industry experience – essential.
n
- Robust knowledge of dental terminology, treatments and item codes.
n
- Experience using a dental CRM or patient management system.
n
- Strong understanding of KPIs, reporting, conversion and performance management.
n
- Experience managing high volumes of calls and emails.
n
- Excellent Excel and Microsoft 365 skills.
n
- A natural ability to learn new technology and systems quickly.
n
- Exceptional organisation, communication and problem-solving skills.
n
- A proactive, energetic and results-driven mindset.
