What You'll Be Doing:
n
You will be providing Physiotherapy services to clients through Support at Home. Some regular duties include:
n
Providing 1 on 1 evidenced based in-home Physiotherapy services such as exercises, rehab and pain management.
n
Assessment of mobility and function for the provision of mobility and functional/exercise equipment.
n
Implementing outcome measures - allowing for goal setting and accountability for clinical outcomes.
n
As part of a Multi-D team, collaborate with other PTs & OTs (and other allied health), nurses, support workers, doctors and coordinators to ensure clients achieve their goals.
n
Liaise with families, specialist services and other stakeholders as appropriate.
n
What You'll Bring:
n
Initiative and solid organisational and time management skills
n
Strong communication skills
n
Ability to build and maintain meaningful relationships with clients and other stakeholders
n
Bachelor or Master's Degree in Physiotherapy and current registration with AHPRA
n
Valid Driver's license and own reliable and insured vehicle
n
Proficient computer skills including the ability to use Practice Management Systems desirable (Nookal or similar)
n
Valid National Police Check, NDIS Check or willingness to obtain
n
First aid and CPR training
