About the Role

n

As a Commis Chef at Post, you will support the kitchen team in preparing and presenting high-quality dishes that reflect our modern Italian style. These roles are suited to chefs who are passionate about produce, eager to learn, and confident working in fast-paced, high-standard environments.

Key Responsibilities

- Assisting senior chefs with food preparation and service across designated sections.
n
- Preparing dishes using local and seasonal ingredients on a constantly evolving menu.
n




- Maintaining high standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene.
n
- Following recipes, techniques, and procedures as directed by senior chefs.
n
- Demonstrating initiative, reliability, and a commitment to team culture.

What We're Looking For

The ideal candidates will have:

- Proven experience in either breakfast service or larder (depending on the position applied for).

- Strong attention to detail and a passion for creating quality food.
n
- The ability to follow direction and work collaboratively in a quick-paced team.

- Full availability, including weekends.
