Our client, a well-established and respected local business, is seeking a Maintenance & Landscaping Labourer to join their construction and maintenance team. Working across civil construction sites, residential developments, and rural properties throughout the Albury-Wodonga region, you'll enjoy a hands-on role where no two days are the same.

About The Role

As part of a small, supportive team, you'll be involved in a wide range of maintenance, landscaping, and site preparation activities, including:

- Sediment control and construction site set-up
- Grass cutting, mowing, and ongoing estate maintenance
- Landscaping, including tree planting, turf laying, and seeding
- Tractor and slasher operation on rural properties
- Weed control and chemical application
- Installation and maintenance of rural fencing
- Operating and maintaining hand and power tools
- Assisting with retaining wall and fence construction
- Operating earthmoving and maintenance equipment
- General site clean-up and labouring duties

This position is Full-Time working Monday to Friday with some overtime opportunities available from time to time. About You To be successful in this role, you'll ideally have experience in landscaping, agriculture, construction, maintenance, or a similar hands-on industry. You will also demonstrate:

- A strong work ethic and positive attitude




- High levels of physical fitness and the ability to perform manual labour
- Experience working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Fencing, mowing, tractor operation, or general labouring experience
- Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Good problem-solving skills and willingness to learn
- A strong focus on workplace health and safety

Experience with rural or agricultural work will be highly regarded.

Essential Requirements

- Current Full Australian Drivers Licence
- White Card
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Highly Regarded

- Truck Licence
- Chemical Handling/Spraying Qualification
- Chainsaw ticket
- Ability to read and interpret plans
