- Strong knowledge of industrial production equipment, plant and facility services.
- Experience with preventative maintenance systems and CMMS platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to manage maintenance budgets, contractors, suppliers and capital works.
- Strong understanding of OH&S;, quality systems, risk management and environmental requirements.
- Excellent troubleshooting, analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work effectively across production, operations and management teams.
- The ability to remain calm under pressure and prioritise effectively in an environment where production demands can change quickly.
Why Join? This is a hands-on leadership opportunity where you will have genuine influence over the reliability and performance of a critical manufacturing site. You will be joining an organisation with a strong focus on quality, operational excellence and continuous improvement, with the opportunity to make a measurable impact on the way the site operates.
