As a Maintenance Supervisor you will be expected to manage all aspects of operational, compliance and planned maintenance across all functions.

Here Is a Snapshot Of Your Day

- Responsible for the engineering technician and ensure statutory compliance and both planned/reactive maintenance delivery for the site.
- Ensure that SLAs and KPIs are achieved for operational delivery for both Reactive and Planned Maintenance activities.
- Management of the supply chain including sub-contractors and suppliers.
- Provide technical and operational support to the engineering team
- Support the Site FM, as needed for the site location.
- Provide outside of normal hours support in the case of call out/escalation as part of an on-call roster
- Generation of extra works through site walk arounds and communication with sub contractors
- Ensuring QHSE documentation is maintained and readily available.

Ideal Candidate Strong understanding and experience of a technical discipline (trade qualified)



with experience in maintaining FCU's/VAV's Demonstrable experience in a similar customer facing role with medium sized business.

Previous experience of using a CMMS or CAFM system.

Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to prioritise workloads.
