What you'd actually be doing

This is a new role, created because the Firm is growing faster than its current team can keep up with. You'll take on full management of a high-quality client portfolio, working closely with one Partner rather than being spread across several Partners.

→ Run the day-to-day Business Advisory and Tax relationship for your clients, not just the compliance work sitting behind it

→ Sit in front of clients regularly. This role is genuinely interactive, not a back-office production seat

→ Help build and grow the portfolio alongside your Partner, so the client base you're managing in twelve months looks bigger than the one you started with

→ Manage and mentor a small team, with real input into how they develop

→ Get exposure to the kind of clients that make the work interesting: entertainment, agriculture, technology, property, health, NFP, skilled services, retail and trading, plus some of the wealthiest SME and family groups in the local market

You'll recognise yourself here if:

→ You're CA or CPA qualified, with 5 to 9 years of solid Business Services and Tax experience in a local Chartered Accounting firm

→ You're comfortable being the person a client calls, not just the person who prepares what's behind the scenes
