The Role

Our People and Culture Directorate is focused on creating a high-performing, future-ready workforce that can meet the evolving needs of the department.

A major focus of this role is leading the implementation of workforce planning initiatives that support strategic decision-making across the department. You'll work with leaders to identify future capability requirements, address workforce risks, build leadership pipelines and implement initiatives that position the organisation for long-term success.

- Advancing reconciliation outcomes, strengthening leadership capability and shaping culture.




- Leading a passionate and experienced team focused on building capability, strengthening culture and improving employee experience.
- Delivering innovative initiatives that help our people thrive and contribute to the ongoing success of the department.
- Partnering with executives and leaders across the business.
