About the opportunities At CSC, we're committed to protecting the retirement outcomes of millions of Australians. As our cyber security capability continues to grow, we're seeking an experienced a Manager, Cyber Defence and Resilience to join our Transformation & Technology team.

This is an opportunity to lead a high-performing team responsible for safeguarding critical systems and information assets while partnering with senior leaders across the business to strengthen CSC's cyber security posture.

What you’ll do:

- Lead and develop CSC's Cyber Defence and Resilience team
- Oversee cyber operations, including incident response, threat monitoring and vulnerability management
- Strengthen CSC's security controls, technologies and resilience capabilities
- Provide cyber security advice and assurance to senior leaders and governance forums
- Partner with stakeholders to manage cyber risk and support business outcomes
- Champion up-to-date security practices, including Zero Trust and secure-by-design principles.
- Promote a strong cyber security culture across CSC

What we’re looking for

- Relevant qualifications in Cyber Security, Information Technology, Risk Management or a related discipline
- Industry certifications such as CISSP, CISA, CRISC, CGEIT or similar will be highly regarded.
- Experience working within cyber security, technology risk, audit, compliance or related disciplines.
- Strong knowledge of cyber security frameworks, standards and regulatory requirements, such as NIST CSF, APRA CPS 234 and the Essential Eight




- The ability to translate technical concepts into practical business outcomes
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, influencing and communication skills
- Experience building strong relationships across business and technology teams
- A proactive mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and risk-informed decision making
